Good leaders create followers. Great leaders create leaders. That goes to the heart of what Jewish leadership is all about.
All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership.
Trust Yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny , inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.
Connection to the Jewish people and love of the Land of Israel are critical pillars in my life. Therefore, it was with tremendous pride that I agreed to co-chair Core18, a program that provides young leaders with the tools, the network, and the wisdom to find their own unique path to strengthening the Jewish people.
Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.
Positive Psychology and Core18 enables fellows to unleash their leadership potential while attaining a greater sense of purpose and self-fulfillment.

The price of greatness is responsibility
We do not know the extent of our own power to change and to effect change. But we must act; that is in our power.
Great necessities call forth great leaders!
The Private Victory must precede the Public Victory. You can't invert that process any more than you can harvest before you plant.
Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.
If you will it, it is no dream
